Shipping & Returns
When shopping on the Luxury Pop website, please note that some of the items you are purchasing are previously owned, pre-loved designer bags and accessories which will show signs of wear and use. Please view images and read the descriptions carefully and feel free to clear all your doubts before purchasing to avoid returns.
Exchange / Return Policy
- In case of any return/exchange, our team must be informed within 24 HOURS from the time of delivery. This can be done by in writing via email to luxurypop.in@gmail.com or reaching out to us on +919967815015.
- You must return the item in its original condition, as set out in our description, along with the original packaging with the Luxury Pop tag or sticker still attached. The item must be unused.
- Please Note: The product must be shipped within 5-6 working days and all the shipping costs (to and fro) will be incurred by the customer. In case of a return an amount of Rs. 1000/- will be deducted and rest of the amount will credited to your account within 15 working days of us receiving the product.
- If a situation arises where the item returned is found not to be in the condition we sent it to you in, then we have the legal right to refuse the return/exchange. The item will be returned to you at your own cost.
- In case of exchanges, you can also avail of a Luxury Pop credit voucher which is valid for a 1 year since its date of issue.
- To make it easier for our customers, we have mentioned which items are legible for return in the description box. Please check for the same before making your purchase.
- It is to be noted that for all international orders there is a no return and no exchange policy.
All products offered through our preloved market business are sold in their current condition and are not accompanied by any warranties, whether express or implied. While we meticulously verify the authenticity of each product, we do not provide any warranties regarding the performance, functionality, or durability of the items. Buyers acknowledge and understand that they are purchasing preloved products “as-is.
