RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Luxury Pop, we specialise in authenticated pre-loved luxury handbags, accessories and other designer pieces. Each item is carefully reviewed and listed with the intention of providing our customers with a transparent and informed shopping experience.
As our products are pre-owned, vintage or otherwise previously owned luxury items, they may show signs of use or age. We make every effort to describe each item accurately and disclose any noticeable imperfections.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the unique nature, limited availability and individual condition of pre-loved luxury items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
We encourage customers to review the product description, photographs, condition details, measurements and any disclosed imperfections carefully before completing a purchase.
Returns or refunds may be considered where an item is materially different from its description, arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is proved inauthentic which will be rechecked .
2. PRE-LOVED ITEM CONDITION
Every pre-loved luxury item is unique. Depending on its age, previous use and storage, an item may have signs of wear.
These may include:
* Minor scratches, scuffs or marks.
* Wear to corners, handles, edges or hardware.
* Creasing, softening or changes in leather texture.
* Minor marks or wear inside the item.
* Patina, discolouration or other age-related characteristics.
* Wear to packaging, dust bags or accessories, where applicable.
Any known significant imperfections should be disclosed in the product listing or accompanying photographs.
Normal signs of use, age-related characteristics and imperfections clearly disclosed before purchase are not, by themselves, grounds for a return or refund.
If you require additional photographs, videos, measurements or condition clarification, please contact us before purchasing. Our team will be happy to assist.
3. DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISDESCRIBED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or the item materially differs from its description, please contact us as soon as possible.
* In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures and an unboxing video.
* If approved, returns must be sent back unused, with original tags, dustbags, and packaging. Our team will review and guide you on the next steps
* Customers will be eligible for a full refund
4. AUTHENTICITY CONCERNS
Authenticity is central to The Luxury Pop.
If you have a genuine concern regarding the authenticity of an item purchased from us, please contact our team with your order details and supporting information.
We will review the concern and may request additional documentation or arrange an independent assessment where appropriate.
We will reasses the item and offer full refund if item is finally proved to be inauthentic.
5. CHANGE OF MIND, COLOUR OR STYLE PREFERENCE
We do not accept returns or exchanges and refunds simply because:
* You have changed your mind after purchasing.
* You no longer wish to keep the item.
We therefore encourage customers to make an informed decision before purchasing, particularly when buying high-value luxury pieces.
6. REFUND PROCESS
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a return or refund request at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Where such a refund is approved and deductions are legally permitted, applicable transaction or payment-processing charges and shipping costs incurred may be deducted. The remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the customer.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible.
